Where sound becomes story.
MOK Music begins with Harry Sayers. Long before MOK HOUSE existed, before the clients, before the partnerships, there was music. Harry grew up creating sound in the same way some people breathe. Natural. Unforced. Essential.
His early creative life took shape in Canberra, where he helped form SAFIA, the electronic indie band that would go on to tour globally, ignite festival stages, and carve out a distinct presence in Australia’s musical landscape.
SAFIA was more than a band. It was Harry’s first creative home. The place where his ear was trained, his skills refined, and his musical identity formed.
Harry’s career extends far beyond the studio. With guitar as his first love, it became the instrument that shaped his musical instincts and grounded his creative voice. His work with SAFIA took him from local stages to international audiences, giving him a deep understanding of performance, production, and the emotional weight music can carry. Through years of touring, creating, and collaborating, Harry learned what music feels like from the inside. The craft, the connection, the collaborative energy. He carries all of that into MOK Music.
As his creative world expanded, Harry stepped into composition, where emotion becomes structure and storytelling becomes sound. This path led him to collaborate with Electric Sheep Music (ESM), composing for advertisements, film, and branded content.
ESM opened the door to a new type of creative challenge. Turning a brand’s identity into a melody, shaping emotion into rhythm and creating memory through sound. Harry became trusted for his ability to understand a brief not just technically, but emotionally.
Through ESM, Harry also collaborated with Panda Candy, founded by Glenn Sarangapany. Known for their work across commercials, film, and music production, Panda Candy became a natural creative partner.
The shared values were clear.
Craft first.
Narrative always.
Let the music carry meaning.
Together, they contributed to projects that required sensitivity, strength, and the ability to transform story into sound that lasts.
MOK Music is the distillation of Harry’s full creative life.
The band days.
The global stages.
The composing studios.
The collaborations with ESM and Panda Candy.
The years spent crafting sound for brands and audiences.
MOK Music sits inside the House as the music division where composition, sonic branding, and performance meet. It is where brands come to find their sound. Not a jingle, not a trend, but a sonic identity that feels lived-in and intentional.
MOK Music specialises in sonic branding, original composition, sound design, live music and tailored music for film and content. Harry brings a depth of understanding that comes from experiencing the music industry from every angle. From studio work to live performance, commercial composition, band creation, and collaborative production.
Within MOK HOUSE, MOK Music operates as the home of all sound-led work. Harry leads the music direction of the House and manages the music roster, curating the right artists, composers, performers, and collaborators for each project. This ensures every brief is met with both creative alignment and technical excellence.
MOK Music does not sit alongside the House; it lives within it. The music division exists to support, elevate, and integrate with the broader creative work of the House, bringing sound into conversation with visual identity, storytelling, and experience.
This structure allows MOK Music to remain deeply collaborative, while ensuring the sound of the House remains cohesive, intentional, and emotionally grounded.
What sets MOK Music apart is the warmth behind the work. Sound here is treated as story. As memory. As identity. As a way for brands to speak without words.
The process is collaborative, intentional, and personal. Each piece is shaped for the brand it represents, with a level of care that reflects the House’s commitment to creativity with heart.
Today, MOK Music is one of the pillars of MOK HOUSE. It supports film, content, brand identity, and campaign work across the House, bringing depth and emotional resonance to visual storytelling.
It also continues the legacy of Harry’s journey. Music that feels alive. Music that carries culture, feeling, and narrative. Music shaped with the same dedication that guided him from SAFIA to global stages, and now into the House.
MOK Music is more than a capability. It is a heritage within the House. A reminder that creativity begins with emotion and grows through collaboration.
And through sound, the House has a voice.
